These Golf Alignment Sticks are often seen on the practice ground with many Pros. They are approximately the same length as a driver. Often referred to as 'tour sticks'. Simply because so many Pros carry them on the tour with them.

They are used for a number of drills. The most obvious is as an alignment aid on the ground. Layed down as a set of train tracks, you can ensure that your feet, hips and shoulders are square to the target, and that your clubface is perpendicular to the target.

The next is as a 'gate'. By placing two of the sticks vertically into the ground, you can create a narrow target to aim through.

Thirdly. When using a video camera, you can check your swing plane against an angled stick into the ground.
